The Greatest : Album of the year contenders #1

When alternative goes mainstream I feel an overporwering urge to steer very clear, but maybe Cat Power isn’t really mainstream and just maybe the praise and love being heaped on The Greatest is because it is thoroughly deserved. As much as I loved I You Are Free I know after just a couple of listens that I will love The Greatest more.
